Leads from Facebook groups, from people asking right now about what you sell

CyTix finds those questions for you and drafts a reply in your voice. Whoever answers first, and to the point, gets the inquiry. You choose how and when to reply.

How it works

Three steps, and only the last one needs you.

  1. Tell it who your customer is

When you sign up, you describe what you sell, who your ideal customer is and where you work. You can also add a specific Facebook group or page you want to keep an eye on.

  2. CyTix finds the people asking

CyTix scans the groups and filters for posts from people looking for exactly what you offer. For every lead it drafts a reply in your voice, and you get notified when new leads come in.

  3. Copy, paste, post

Open the lead on your phone, change a word if you like, tap "copy and paste in post" and publish the reply yourself. Every lead you reject teaches the system what not to bring you.

Automated posting in Facebook groups, and why your account isn't at risk here

Tools that post to groups automatically have to explain how they avoid getting blocked. Profile warm-up, proxies, a slow pace that looks human. All of these are ways around what Facebook is trying to stop, so the risk to your account never drops to zero.

With CyTix that question doesn't come up, because nothing is posted automatically from your account.

  • The system doesn't log in to your Facebook profile to search. You don't hand over a password, and the search doesn't run from your account.
  • There's no automated posting to groups. Facebook shut that down, and we don't work around it.
  • Every reply comes from you, by hand. You read, copy, paste and post, like any other group member, at your own pace.

No warm-up, no proxies and no "safe mode". Safety isn't a feature we bolted on. It's how the thing is built.

You can hunt for leads in groups yourself. Here's why most businesses stop

Going through dozens of groups every morning, searching for "does anyone know", and writing a good answer before someone else does. It works, but it doesn't last, and the good question is buried within hours. CyTix does the searching and the drafting, and you keep the decision and the paste.

The full guide, how to find customers in Facebook groups yourself.

What a good reply to a group lead looks like

A reply that brings an inquiry doesn't sound like an ad. It answers the question first, and only then offers. Every reply the system drafts tries to do three things.

  • Speaks to the specific question, not to your field in general.
  • Gives a little value right in the reply, a tip, a guiding question or a clarification.
  • Invites the conversation to continue, and weaves in the call to action you chose in the settings when it fits.

Before you copy it, you can change any word.

Who it's for

Service providers whose customers ask about them in groups. Therapists, coaches, consultants, mortgage advisors, plumbers, private tutors, tradespeople and local businesses. Someone asking "does anyone know a good..." in their neighborhood group has already decided they need the service. All that's left is choosing who to hire.

If your customers don't ask for advice in Facebook groups, this tool will bring you less. Most of the value will then come from comment replies and regular posts.

Asking in groups

Facebook group leads vs. paid ads

Who speaks for youThe adYou, after you've read it

These aren't competing approaches. If you already advertise, this adds a channel that doesn't depend on budget.

What it isn't

  • It isn't a bot that posts in groups. Facebook shut down automated posting to groups and personal profiles, and we don't work around that. You paste and post yourself.
  • No reply goes out in your name before you've read it. The system prepares, you decide.
  • It isn't paid advertising. No ad budget, no audiences to build. Just real people who asked a real question.
  • Leads come from Facebook only. Not from LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp.
  • It isn't a CRM. CyTix finds the question and drafts a reply. The conversation after that is yours to run.

Questions about Facebook group leads

Which groups does it search?

Public Facebook groups related to your field and your area. The system picks them based on the business profile you filled in, and adjusts to whatever brings you good leads.

Can I add a group or page I already know?

Yes. Under "sources to follow" in the settings you add a specific Facebook group or page, and the system scans it too.

What happens when a lead isn't relevant?

You reject it and pick a reason. The system learns from every rejection and stops bringing leads of that kind, or from groups that don't work for you. The data screen shows exactly which leads and which groups it stopped bringing.

How do I know a new lead came in?

You get notified when new leads come in, if you turn it on in the notification settings. The lead waits for you in the feed with the reply ready.

Is it allowed to post a business reply in a Facebook group?

In most groups you can answer someone who asked for a recommendation, even where promotional posts are banned. Every group sets its own rules, so it's worth reading them, and a reply that helps first and offers second goes down better in almost any group.

Can Facebook block me because of this?

CyTix doesn't log in to your Facebook profile and doesn't post anything from it automatically, so none of what gets automated posting tools blocked is happening here. You post every reply by hand, like any group member. As for any user, it's wise not to paste the same reply in dozens of groups within the same hour, which is why every reply the system drafts is tailored to that specific post.

How many leads will I get?

It depends on how many people ask about your field in groups, so we don't promise a number. Fields people ask advice about a lot, like therapy, renovations or consulting, usually see more questions, and niche fields see fewer. Every rejection with a reason teaches the system to bring you less noise.

Your next lead is already asking in a group.

Let CyTix find them. You just paste the reply.
