The system spots a new comment on a post in a connected account, on your Facebook business page, on Instagram or on your LinkedIn company page.
A ready reply waits in your feed
The card shows who commented, on which post, the original comment and the reply the system drafted in the tone you chose. If you turned on phone notifications, you'll know right away.
Approve, and the reply goes out
Tap approve, edit a word or reject. The reply goes live only after you approve it, and every edit teaches the system to write a little more like you.
Instagram auto-reply, or a ready reply you approve?
Most tools called "auto-reply" work on keywords. Someone types "price" and gets the same canned answer in a private message that everyone else gets. It's fast, but it sounds like a bot, because it is one.

Who it's for
Businesses that post on social media, get comments, and don't always manage to answer in time. A question about price, availability or a product is a customer raising their hand. Answer the same day and you come across as available and professional. Answer three days later and they've already gone to someone else.

What it isn't
- It isn't a bot that answers on its own. Every reply waits for your approval, and only then goes live.
- There are no TikTok comment replies yet. Replies work on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- It doesn't connect to personal profiles. On Facebook you connect a business page, on LinkedIn a company page, and on Instagram a Business or Creator account.
- It isn't a CRM. CyTix drafts replies. It doesn't manage contacts or deals.
- It doesn't answer private messages. CyTix replies to comments on your posts, not to DMs or Messenger.

Who answers the comments on my posts?
CyTix drafts a reply to every new comment on your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts, and you approve it before it goes live. You don't write from scratch and you don't miss comments, and the call on what goes out in your business's name stays with you.
On which networks does it reply to comments?
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, on posts in the business accounts you connected. You can publish posts to TikTok through CyTix, but comment replies there don't exist yet.
What language will the reply be in?
The language you chose in the settings, Hebrew, English or Arabic. In "auto" mode the system replies in the language the commenter wrote in.
Can I change the tone after signing up?
Yes. In the voice section of your account settings you can change tone, language and writing examples at any time, and the next replies follow the new setting.
What happens when I edit a reply before approving it?
The reply goes out the way you edited it, and the system learns from the edit. Every ten replies it readjusts to your style, so over time you edit less.
What's the difference between comment replies and "create reply"?
Comment replies work on your own posts, and the reply goes live after you approve it. "Create reply" is a manual tool for someone else's post. You paste it, get a reply in your voice, and post it yourself.
Does CyTix also answer private messages on Instagram and Messenger?
No, CyTix drafts replies to comments on your posts, not to private messages. Someone who asks in a public comment gets a ready reply for you to approve, and if the conversation needs to move to private, you can say so in the reply itself.
