Who we are, and why we built CyTix
CyTix, an Israeli brand from Tel Aviv, founded in July 2024 by Tsachi Hassid. We built an AI agent for social media that prepares posts, replies and leads for businesses and social managers, and leaves the decision to a person.

Founder of CyTix
Tsachi Hassid founded CyTix in 2024 to give small businesses what used to be reserved for businesses with a marketing department. Before that, he served 22 years in the Israeli Military Intelligence Directorate as a senior intelligence officer in the Research Division, at the rank of lieutenant colonel. He later led data and product projects with the world's largest online platforms, and advised on product and strategy. Today he builds AI agents that turn routine human work into a process that runs on its own, and leave the decision to a person. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv University.
Why we built CyTix
Small business owners know they need to be present on social media. They are just busy with the work itself. The post gets pushed to next week, the reply waits a day, and the customer who asked in a group has already found someone else.
A business with a marketing department solves this with people. We wanted to give a small business the same presence, without a department and without sitting down to write. So CyTix prepares everything, and you just approve from your phone, in a free moment of your day.
Human approval before every action
This is the principle the whole system is built around. AI is good at preparing. The decision about what goes out in your business's name stays with a person.
- Every post and every reply to a comment waits in the feed to be approved, edited or rejected.
- In Facebook groups the system doesn't post at all. It prepares a reply, and you copy and paste it yourself.
- A video with your avatar is made only after you approve the script, and goes up only after you've watched and approved it.
- On the social manager track you choose who approves, the manager, the client or both.
