Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the CyTix website, including people with disabilities. We built the site to meet the accessibility requirements of Israeli law, and this page explains what we did, what is not yet accessible and how to reach us.
Which standard we follow
The site is adapted under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA. The Israeli standard is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and we built the site to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
This statement covers the website at cytix-ai.com. The app itself, at app.cytix-ai.com, gets a separate accessibility statement.
What we did on the site
- Semantic structure. Headings in order, labeled navigation regions, and the language and writing direction set on every page, so screen readers understand the structure.
- Skip to content link. At the start of every page, a link skips the menu and goes straight to the main content.
- Keyboard navigation. Every link, button and menu works with the keyboard alone, in a logical order.
- Visible focus. The element that has focus is marked with a clear outline.
- Alternative text for images. Every image that carries information has a description, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Sufficient contrast. Text and background colors meet the contrast ratio the standard requires.
- Respect for reduced motion. If you set your device to reduce motion, you won't see animations and transitions.
- Zoom up to 200%. The site adapts to screen size and to browser zoom without losing content.
- Accessible FAQ. Questions and answers use the browser's built-in disclosure element, which works with the keyboard and is recognized by screen readers.
- Labeled forms. Every form field has a label that describes it.
What is not yet accessible
- Videos without captions. Some videos on the site don't have captions yet. We are working on it.
- Embedded third-party content. Content from external services, such as embedded players and forms, is not fully under our control and may not meet the standard.
- The app. The interface at app.cytix-ai.com is not covered by this statement and gets a separate one.
