Yes. CyTix is a web app, and you install it on your home screen straight from the browser, through "Install app" in the menu. It is not in the Apple or Google app stores, and it doesn't need to be.

After installing, you can turn on phone notifications and get an alert when a reply, a post or a new message is waiting for you.

A video in which a digital avatar of you speaks in your voice. You set it up once, with two or three real photos and one to two minutes of voice recording in a quiet room. The system makes a test video of about ten seconds so you can see the result.
