Our financial liability is generally limited to NIS 10,000 or one month's service fee (whichever is higher), except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing. This doesn't affect your legal consumer rights.

Our AI systems are designed to assist and enhance your work, but they are not perfect. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before use in important decisions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Website, our services, or breach of these Terms, including legal fees and costs.

8. Service Termination

8.1 Right to Terminate

We may terminate or restrict access to the Website and services at any time, with or without notice, particularly in case of breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of our AI systems.

8.2 Data Portability Upon Termination

If we part ways, you'll have 60 days to download your information in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). After 60 days, we will securely delete your data. Enterprise clients may have different arrangements based on their specific agreements.

9. Technical Support and Maintenance

Technical support is available during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Israel time) with emergency support available for critical issues. For technical issues, we commit to:

  • Critical issues: Response within 4 hours, resolution within 24 hours
  • Standard issues: Response within 24 hours, resolution within 72 hours
  • Enhancement requests: Response within 5 business days

10. AI System Usage and Limitations

Our AI systems are designed to help legitimate businesses. Please don't use them to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content; impersonate people or organizations; or attempt to circumvent our safety measures.

Users acknowledge that AI systems have inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results, require human oversight for critical applications, or experience occasional downtime or performance issues.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

12. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email to registered users and post prominent notice on our Website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
