7. Limitation of Liability

7.4 About Our AI Services

Our AI systems are designed to assist and enhance your work, but they're not perfect. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before use in important decisions. We work hard to provide quality results, but we can't guarantee 100% accuracy – that's just the nature of current AI technology.
 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Website, our services, or breach of these Terms, including but not limited to legal fees and costs.
 

9. Service Termination

9.1 Right to Terminate

We may terminate or restrict access to the Website and services at any time, with or without notice, particularly in case of breach of these Terms of Use or suspected misuse of our AI systems.

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon service termination, all mutual rights and obligations shall cease, except those intended to continue after service termination, including payment obligations and intellectual property protections.
 

9.3 Getting Your Data Back

If we part ways, don't worry – we'll help you get your data:

  • You'll have 60 days to download your information

  • We'll provide it in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF)

  • There may be a reasonable processing fee

  • After 60 days, we'll securely delete everything

Enterprise clients may have different arrangements based on their specific agreements.
 

10. Commercial Services and Payments

10.1 Terms of Sale

When we offer commercial services (including future SAAS platforms), additional terms will apply as clarified in a separate service agreement or updated Terms of Use.
 

10.2 Payments

Pricing and payment details for commercial services will be specified in individual client agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
 

10.3 Refund Policy

Refund policy, if applicable, will be clarified in specific agreements with commercial clients and may vary based on service type and duration.
 

10.4 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For SAAS services, we provide service level commitments including minimum 99.5% uptime and defined response times for technical support based on issue severity.
 

11. Technical Support and Maintenance

11.1 Support Availability

Technical support is available during business hours (Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-18:00 Israel time) with emergency support available for critical issues.
 

11.2 Security Updates

We perform regular security updates and will provide 48 hours advance notice for planned service interruptions when possible.
 

11.3 Technical Issues Resolution

For technical issues, we commit to:

  • Critical issues: Response within 4 hours, resolution within 24 hours

  • Standard issues: Response within 24 hours, resolution within 72 hours

  • Enhancement requests: Response within 5 business days
     

12. AI System Usage and Limitations

12.1 Using Our AI Responsibly

Our AI systems are designed to help legitimate businesses. Please don't use them to:

  • Create harmful, illegal, or misleading content

  • Impersonate people or organizations

  • Generate inappropriate material

  • Try to break our safety measures
     

If you're unsure about a specific use case, just ask us – we're happy to help.
 

12.2 System Limitations

Users acknowledge that AI systems have inherent limitations and may:

  • Produce inaccurate or incomplete results

  • Reflect biases present in training data

  • Require human oversight for critical applications

  • Experience occasional downtime or performance issues
     

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
 

13.2 Jurisdiction

The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms of Use.
 

13.3 International Users

For users outside Israel: Israeli law still applies, but we'll do our best to comply with your local regulations too, as long as they don't conflict with Israeli law.
